 Forms will not be handed out at the schools.
 
Age requirements:  A child must be at least 4 years old by March 15 to play Spring soccer and by August 15 to play Fall soccer.  Likewise a child cannot play if they turn 14 before March 15 (Spring) and August 15 (Fall).

    Please complete the sign-up sheet and mail it along with your registration fee to:

    If you are interested in becoming a sponsor or want to ask your employer to sponsor a team, the attached Sponsor Letter will explain what the sponsorship money will be utilized for and the benefits of sponsoring.
